The integrated service point is used for assisted electronic official communication of private individuals and legal entities with public authorities. Through the integrated service point, it is possible to carry out guaranteed conversion (§ 35(2)) and electronically communicate with the public authority, as well as to carry out other activities according to the Law.
Coderama was involved in the comprehensive delivery (analysis, development, deployment, maintenance and implementation of required changes) and deployment of several modules for the Integrated Citizen Service Points (IOMO) project, as well as their interfacing with existing public administration systems and modules delivered by other subcontractors. These include in particular an application for the IOMO offices, an internal web portal for the management of providers, certificates registration, notifications for citizens, monitoring of the availability of services and integrations to the provided e-services.
