The aim of this project is to introduce a standard process of creating common (reference) data sharing in public administration. The OverSi Portal provides assistance to authorities in collecting statements that can not be requested from citizens under the anti-bureaucracy Act. As a result, citizens and business owners do not have to provide the copies of statements from the Commercial Register, Trade Register, Criminal Records Register, or Ownership Letters, including a copy of the cadastral map, which is necessary for applications in various proceedings at the authorities. Individual public entities can work with up-to date the same data because they are available in one place - the central repository.
