Job description, responsibilities and duties
Hello,
I'm Nika from CODERAMA and I'm looking for a Xray Support Engineer to join the team. Your role will be to ensure the smooth operation, integration and development of the testing tools used across the company.
What will you be doing during the day?
- Operational support and maintenance of the QE platform toolset - in particular Idera Xray, Tricentis Tosca, LoadRunner Enterprise, LiveCompare and related systems.
- Performance monitoring, incident and service request resolution (ServiceNow).
- Manage and configure test infrastructure (servers, VDI, AWS).
- Support development teams with automation and integration (CI/CD, IaC, FinOps).
- Deploy updates, patches and integrations.
- Collaborate with teams in different time zones (US, Europe, APAC) in 18/5 mode.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience with testing or automation tools (ideally Xray, Tosca or LoadRunner).
- Basic knowledge of AWS or virtualized environments (VDI, servers).
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles.
- Good communication skills and work level English.
