Hi,
I'm Nika from CODERAMA and I'm looking for a Happiness Manager to join our CODERAMA team:)
Every day our CDRM team puts smiles on the faces of our colleagues.However, we are missing a partner in Žilina who would spread good mood with his/her presence.
What will you do during the day?
- Communication with our IT specialists face to face and remotely. With the extroverted ones and the less so :).
- Organising company events such as local meetups, teambuilding, family get-togethers and the occasional company-wide party.
- Tending to existing benefits and inventing new ones.
- Shadowing our Patty who handles administration.
- Collaborating with the HR team (Nika, Samo, Marcel and Marta).
- Posting posts on CDRM socky.
What do we expect from you?
- Smile on your face, good mood and great communication. This is the foundation that you must not lack.
