Hello,
I am Marcel from CODERAMA and I am currently looking for an experienced CBS IT Analyst/Developer for card domain in banking environment to join our team to be involved in the analysis, design and development of solutions in the Acquirer domain.
This is a long term project with a guaranteed duration of at least until the end of 2026 and a high potential for continuation in case of a good collaboration.
If you have experience with IBM i (AS400), know your way around the card world, and can read (and ideally develop) RPG code, read on
What's in store for you:
- analysis of change requirements and application development in the card (Acquirer) area
- technical design of solutions and their detailed description primarily on the IBM i (AS400)
- orientation and working with the existing extensive codebase in RPG
- design and documentation of integrations between systems
- collaboration on the development and modification of existing solutions (programming is a advantage, not strictly mandatory)
- creation and maintenance of technical and analytical documentation
- collaboration with existing team (mentoring provided), which is primarily focused on Issuer area
- active communication with IT and business partners in the banking environment
What we expect from you:
- senior level experience in IT analytics/development
- fcollaboration format: onsite / offsite (50/50) in office in Bratislava
- knowledge of IBM i (AS400)
- ability to read and analyze RPG code (development in RPG is a strong benefit)
- orientation in DB2, CL and basic knowledge of COBOL (at least for code reading)
knowledge of card products - primarily Acquirer area - general understanding of how the card ecosystem works (banks, VISA, MasterCard)
- experience in designing integrations and knowledge of XML, SOAP, SQL, MQ
- analytical thinking and ability to link business requirements to technical solution
English language min. However, if you prefer online meetings we totally understand.
