Hello,
we are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and coordinate electronic digital channels projects in a banking environment.
If you have experience managing complex projects, coordinating international teams and are equally comfortable in both Agile and Waterfall environments, you will also be interested in:
What the position entails:
- planning, managing and coordinating activities within assigned projects and programs
- monitoring the progress of project phases and identifying opportunities to optimize and streamline delivery
- coordinating local and international teams and external contractors
- managing project dependencies, risks, changes and escalations
- preparing and processing project reports, statuses and submissions to management
- making recommendations and submissions for conceptual and strategic decision making
- overseeing the achievement of project objectives, schedules and budgets
- communicating with stakeholders across the business and IT environment
- ensuring delivery compliance with the bank's internal processes, standards and security policies
- supporting the successful deployment of solutions into the production environment
What we expect:
- Higher education (IT, Business or Economics major)
- minimum 5 years of project management experience
- experience in digital channels and e-services
- practical project management experience in Agile and Waterfall environments
- experience coordinating local and international teams
- ability to effectively manage stakeholders and communicate at all levels of the organization
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- analytical thinking and result orientation
- English language at C1 level (active communication with international teams, suppliers and partners)
- great added value is experience in: Payments, Cards, Data, Infrastructure, Compliance
- experience in the banking or financial sector
- certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe or equivalent
