Do you want to be a part of developing innovative IT solutions and expanding our client portfolio in CZ and SK?

We offer a great opportunity for a motivated and flexible Business and Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with one of the founders of the company and play a key role in business development and client portfolio expansion in Czech Republic and Slovakia.


What will you be responsible for?

Lead generation:

  • Using and expanding your own network to win new business.
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels - social media, email, networking events.

Collaboration and lead generation:

  • Working with partner network to find new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Active prospecting for new leads through market analysis and targeted outreach.

Client meetings:

  • Scheduling and conducting online and in-person meetings with potential clients in Prague.
  • Presenting Coderama's services, understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.

Preparing sales materials:

  • Actively contributing to the creation and updating of presentations, quotations and sales pitch decks.
  • Liaising with the marketing team to ensure alignment with the Coderama brand.

Strategy and Reporting:

  • Creating and implementing effective business strategies to achieve set objectives.
  • Regular reporting of business activities, opportunities and forecasts to management.

Client Care:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and acting as their primary contact.

Employee requirements

What can you do without?

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business, business development or similar role in software development.
  • Good knowledge of cloud services, web and mobile application development.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as function in a team.
  • Experience in creating and presenting business materials.
  • Willingness to travel within Bratislava and Prague for client meetings.
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak and English; Hungarian is an advantage.
  • Higher education in business, marketing, IT or a related field is an advantage, not a requirement.
