Hi, we are Nika and Zuzka from CODERAMA and to our team, we are looking for an experienced IT analyst who has the desire to shape and improve internal IT systems.

What will you do?

• Plan and set priorities for the entrusted part of the system.
• Ensure that solutions are delivered on time and in the required quality.
• Determine and analyze needs from business teams, engineers and end users.
• Prepare technical specifications, documentation and process designs.
• Collaborate with programmers to design solution architecture.
• Test and check that implemented solutions are up to specification.

What do we expect from you

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst
• Experience in IT systems development, ideally in the telco industry.
• Technical skills in SQL, UML/BPMN, and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and organizational talent.
• Willingness to work from an office in BA or BB (hybrid model).
