Hello,
I'm Samo from CODERAMA and we are looking for an experienced Business Architect to join our team who has a strong analytical mindset, understands modern technology and wants to be involved in designing complex solutions in the banking and financial services industry.
In this role you will act as a bridge between the business and the technical team - helping to define solutions, set service architecture and ensure they are aligned to strategy and standards.
What will you be doing during the day?
- create and review business analyses according to defined standards and methodology,
- work with business analysts to define requirements,
- defining and maintaining the domain model (especially in the area of cards),
- designing business scenarios, use cases and high-level solutions,
- designing interactions between services and systems in a microservices environment,
- aligning solutions with strategy and architecture,
- co-creating the business strategy of services and products,
- designing the monetization of services throughout their lifecycle,
- communicating with stakeholders and finding the most appropriate solutions according to their needs,
- assessing change requests and preparing high-level proposals,
- planning future use of systems and scaling them.
What do we expect from you?
- experience in business analysis or solution architecture in a complex environment,
- strong analytical and problem-solving mindset,
- experience in requirements specification and analysis,
- understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs,
- experience with Kafka (messaging, working with topics),
- experience working in an agile team and cross-functional environment,
- ability to learn independently and work with documentation,
- English at a communicative level.
