Hi!
We are Nika and Zuzka from Coderama and we are looking for an AI developer with LLM experience to join our team.
If you want to develop solutions with real business impact, have experience with deploying AI systems into production and enjoy pushing the boundaries of what is possible with artificial intelligence, read on.
What's in store for you during the day
- Developing AI solutions using LLLM to increase productivity and efficiency.
- End-to-end development - from idea to deployment to production.
- Building scalable AI systems for global products.
- Collaborating with business, product and engineering to integrate AI into workflow.
- Presenting results to technical and non-technical stakeholders (including C-level).
- Acting as an ambassador for AI - showing value and driving adoption.
- Solving complex challenges in LLM, MLOps and LLMOps.
What do we expect from you?
- Minimum 6 years of experience in complex model and algorithm development.
- Experience in designing and deploying production AI solutions.
- Experience with large language models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA).
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, vLLM, LMDeploy).
- Programming in Java, Python, SQL.
- Experience with RAG systems and working with vector DBs (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, Milvus).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and model output optimization.
- Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
