Hi,

we are Nika and Zuzka from CODERAMA and we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Žilina.

We currently have over 150 IT specialists and meet in offices in Bratislava, Nitra, Žilina, Martin, Banská Bystrica and Košice.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team, who will help us to build and move our company forward. As an Account Manager, your main responsibility will be to build long term relationships with our customers and build on these relationships to further our business. Of course, your creativity is more than welcome and your potential will be given space.

Your role will be :

• Building relationships with assigned customers and employees.
• Regular communication with customers to improve service delivery and upselling.
• Preparing quotations.
• Negotiating commercial terms and conditions.
• Preparing reports and statistics.
• Participating in account strategy development, planning and process improvement within the team.

Employee requirements

Experience:

Min. 5 years as an Account Manager in the IT industry (ideally outsourcing).

Skills:

Google workspace - advanced

Microsoft office - advanced

Drivers license - B

Languages:

Slovak - C2

English - B2
