Project scope and responsibilities
Hi,
we’re Nika and Samo from CODERAMA, and we’re looking for an experienced IT recruiter to join our in-house team.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t view recruitment as just an administrative task, but as actively seeking out candidates, communicating with people, and being able to accurately assess their experience and potential.
What can you expect during your day?
- Active sourcing and reaching out to candidates,
- managing and coordinating selection processes,
- collaborating with sales and account managers,
- and handling administrative tasks related to candidate support.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter is required,
- experience with sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other channels,
- experience managing the end-to-end hiring process,
- a good understanding of IT roles,
- responsibility, independence, and the ability to represent CODERAMA,
- a positive attitude even in challenging communication situations,
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
