Hello,
we are looking for an experienced sales representative to join our team and help CODERAMA expand its portfolio of B2B clients in the IT services sector. 

Your main responsibility will be to actively seek out new business opportunities, build a sales pipeline, and manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal.

What will you be doing?
  •  Actively seeking out new business opportunities and B2B clients, particularly in the segment of medium-sized and larger companies. 
  •  Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. 
  •  Identifying client needs and proposing appropriate forms of collaboration in the area of IT services. 
  •  Conducting business negotiations and preparing business proposals. 
  •  Collaborating on setting business terms. 
  •  Developing relationships with existing clients, including onboarding and expanding the scope of collaboration. 
  •  Building and managing the sales pipeline, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and managing ongoing sales cases. 
  •  Working with CRM, regularly updating business cases, and reporting results. 
  •  Working closely with HR, Sales, Account, and Delivery teams. 
  •  Communicating with partners and suppliers as needed for business cases. 
What will you be responsible for?
  •  Generating new business opportunities and acquiring new clients. 
  •  Building and continuously updating the sales pipeline.&
  •  Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. 
  •  Achieving sales targets, particularly in terms of new orders, the number of sales opportunities, and deal conversion rates.&
  •  Maintaining an overview in the CRM and regularly reporting on the status of the pipeline.

  •  Base salary starting at €2,000 gross per month (depending on the candidate’s experience, seniority, and sales potential).

Project requirements

What do we expect from you?
  •  At least 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or in a similar sales role. 
  •  Experience with B2B sales targeting medium-sized and larger companies. 
  •  Experience actively seeking out new business opportunities. 
  •  Experience in sales within the IT sector or a very good understanding of IT services. 
  •  Results-oriented mindset and the ability to achieve sales targets. 
  •  Ability to identify client needs and translate them into specific business opportunities. 
  •  Experience conducting business negotiations. 
  •  Professional communication and a polished demeanor. 
  •  Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. 
  •  Fluency in English. 
  •  Location in Žilina or Bratislava, or a willingness to work regularly in one of these locations. 
The following are a plus:
  •  Experience with outsourcing, staff augmentation, or the delivery of IT services. 
  •  Contacts and experience in sectors such as banking, insurance, automotive, e-commerce, or retail. 
  •  An existing network of contacts in the B2B or IT environment. 
  •  Technical education or familiarity with software technologies.&
  •  Experience in selling dedicated teams, development capacity, or IT projects.
