Hello,
We are looking for an experienced Senior Native iOS Developer for our client to join our dynamic, remote-first team.
We’re looking for someone who not only builds iOS apps but also takes development into their own hands, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and actively drives the product, architecture, and development processes forward. You’ll work on modern mobile solutions with a focus on a top-notch user experience. As a senior team member, you’ll provide technical leadership, mentor colleagues, and help us set the direction.
About the project
- Start date: ASAP
- Work arrangement: Remote (with in-person meetings approximately once per quarter)
- Tech stack: Swift, SwiftUI, The Composable Architecture (TCA), Clean Architecture, MapKit & CarPlay (a major plus), Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), Unit Testing
What Can You Expect During Your Day?
- Development from Concept to Production: Design, development, and maintenance of native iOS app features.
- Technical leadership: Taking responsibility for complex technical initiatives and co-deciding on the architecture of the mobile platform.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with Product Owners, designers, testers, and backend developers.
- Quality and Architecture: Writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, and advancing the principles of Clean Architecture and TCA.
- Process Optimization: Improving workflows for development, testing, and deployment (release).
- Mentoring: Supporting the technical growth of junior and intermediate colleagues on the team.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and TCA (experience with MapKit and CarPlay is a huge plus).
- Solid experience with Clean Architecture and the ability to apply its principles in practice.
- The ability to take ownership, solve complex challenges, and make sound technical decisions.
- Experience with agile development (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and a proactive approach.
- Emphasis on code quality – a passion for writing clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code.
- Fluent English (German is a plus).
Project requirements
What do we expect from you?
- At least 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or in a similar sales role.
- Experience with B2B sales targeting medium-sized and larger companies.
- Experience actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Experience in sales within the IT sector or a very good understanding of IT services.
- Results-oriented mindset and the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to identify client needs and translate them into specific business opportunities.
- Experience conducting business negotiations.
- Professional communication and a polished demeanor.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Fluency in English.
- Location in Žilina or Bratislava, or a willingness to work regularly in one of these locations.
The following are a plus:
- Experience with outsourcing, staff augmentation, or the delivery of IT services.
- Contacts and experience in sectors such as banking, insurance, automotive, e-commerce, or retail.
- An existing network of contacts in the B2B or IT environment.
- Technical education or familiarity with software technologies.&
