We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Solution Analyst to collaborate on an international EV mobility and energy project.
This is a process analytics role focused on designing, optimizing and modeling business processes and transforming them into functional solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem (especially Dynamics 365).
Collaboration Focus:
- analysis and modeling of end-to-end asset management processes (installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, warranty, decommissioning),
- design and optimization of business processes in collaboration with multiple stakeholders,
- preparation of functional specifications for development teams,
- facilitating workshops with business and IT stakeholders,
- identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements,
- supporting testing activities (UAT) and validating solutions,
- documenting processes, rules and system linkages.
Tools and frameworks used:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, Finance & Operations),
- Microsoft Power Platform,
- BPMN, process modeling (e.g. Visio),
- support enterprise process analysis within Microsoft stack.
Expectations:
- Senior experience as a Business Solution / Process Analyst,
- experience with complex enterprise processes (ideally asset management),
- strong focus on process modeling and analytical thinking,
- experience leading workshops and working with stakeholders,
- knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O,
- English at a communicative level,
- ability to work independently on analytical deliverables.
Collaboration is set to be flexible with an emphasis on delivering analytical outputs and solution proposals within agreed project milestones.
