Hi 😊

I'm Samo from CODERAMA and we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Solution Analyst to join the team who has a strong analytical mindset and asset management experience - ideally in EV mobility or utilities.

In this role, you will work as a liaison between the business and the IT team, analyzing requirements, designing processes, and helping to implement solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365).

What will you be doing during the day?

conducting workshops with business and IT stakeholders,
analyzing and documenting asset management processes across the lifecycle,
designing and optimizing end-to-end business processes,
translating business requirements into functional specifications for the development team,
modeling and improving asset management workflows (installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, warranty, decommissioning),
Collaborating with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions,
Working in the Microsoft ecosystem (especially Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations),
Identifying process gaps and designing improvements,
Supporting UAT testing,
Documenting processes, business rules and system dependencies.

What do we expect from you?

Senior experience as a Business Solution Analyst,
ideally experience in EV mobility or energy/utilities domain,
strong understanding of asset management lifecycle processes,
Experience leading workshops for multiple stakeholders,
strong skills in process modeling (BPMN or similar),
experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations,
English at a communicative level,
ability to work remotely.
