Hello,
I'm Nika from CODERAMA and I'm looking for a Business Analyst to join a team in the pharmaceutical industry to strengthen the team that manages the Quality Engineering (QE) platform - a suite of tools for testing, automation and performance analytics.
What will you do?
- Collecting and analyzing requirements from users and internal teams.
- Translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams on process improvements (SDLC, CI/CD, FinOps).
- Creating and maintaining documentation, supporting audits and validations.
- Monitoring and reporting on QE platform performance metrics.
- Onsite presence 3x a week in office in Prague, eventually possibility to work remotely.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience with business or process analysis in IT.
- Overview in SDLC / DevOps / QA processes.
- English at communication level, detail and solution oriented.
