Hello,
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst for our client on a project focused on the digitization and optimization of sales processes and sales team management.
What can you expect during the workday?
- Collecting, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements,
- analyzing the impact on existing systems and integrations,
- designing functional workflow solutions in JIRA,
- defining roles, statuses, automations, and process rules,
- creating use cases and analytical documentation,
- collaborating with IT and business stakeholders,
- supporting the testing and deployment of solutions.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 10 years of experience in business analysis,
- experience in the telecommunications industry, ideally with technical or construction processes,
- strong knowledge of sales processes and sales team management,
- very good knowledge of JIRA as a workflow tool,
- experience designing workflows, automations, statuses, assets, and attributes,
- experience with requirements gathering, use case modeling, and documentation,
- Ability to lead workshops and communicate with both business and IT teams,
- JIRA Administration certification is a plus.
This is a part-time project requiring 1–2 MDs per week for approximately 6 months.
