Hello,
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for our client to join a team focused on developing and improving card products and payment services.
We’re looking for someone who can bridge business needs with technological solutions, understands business processes, and knows how to translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Product Owner, IT teams, architects, testers, business stakeholders, and external partners to help design solutions that deliver real value.
What can you expect during your day?
Requirements Analysis: Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and transforming them into functional and non-functional requirements.
User stories and specifications: Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in Jira.
Process analysis: Analyzing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for their optimization, and proposing more efficient solutions.
Backlog: Collaborating with the Product Owner to prioritize the backlog and define requirements for the development team.
Payment Solutions: Participating in the design of solutions for payment cards, digital wallets, tokenization, and card processing for both digital environments and branch networks.
Collaboration: Closely coordinate communication between business teams, IT teams, architects, testers, and external partners throughout the entire implementation process.
Development Support: Supporting the development team in implementing requirements and clarifying business logic.
Testing and Acceptance: Collaborating on testing solutions, validating results, and accepting deliverables.
What do we expect from you?
Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in the field of payment cards or payments.
Ability to analyze business processes and design effective solutions that take into account both business needs and technical capabilities.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Practical experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams (BPMN/UML), and functional specifications.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
The following would be an advantage
Experience in the banking sector or the payment card industry.
Knowledge of the Visa and Mastercard card schemes.
Experience with tokenization, 3-D Secure, or mobile payments.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards, such as PSD2, PCI DSS, or SCA.
Experience designing and optimizing card processes for digital channels or a branch network.
