Project scope and responsibilities

Hello,

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer for our client to join an international team and take responsibility for the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI solutions.

We’re looking for someone who sees working with modern technologies as both a calling and a passion. You’ll work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to champion AI adoption and deliver scalable systems that drive significant business impact and support global growth goals.

What can you expect during your day?

• End-to-end development: Leading the complete development cycle from ideation to deployment of AI-powered solutions and LLM applications across various domains.
• Scaling and optimization: Building scalable AI systems and advanced RAG architectures for real-time, high-performance environments.
• AI evangelism: Acting as an ambassador for AI adoption, demonstrating added value, and presenting models to C-level stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Working closely with business, product, and engineering teams to integrate AI into workflows.

What do we expect from you?

• At least 6+ years of experience developing complex models, algorithms, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying real-world AI applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.
• Independence, self-motivation, and the ability to lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Experience deploying scalable AI systems is a major plus.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• LLMs and Frameworks: Expertise in building applications using models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, and orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, vLLM, LMDeploy).
• Programming and data: Strong skills in Python, Java, and SQL, including data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• RAG and Vector Databases: Ability to build RAG systems and work with databases such as FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, and Milvus.
• MLOps and Cloud: Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps best practices and hands-on experience with the cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Project requirements

What do we expect from you?

•  At least 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or in a similar sales role. 
•  Experience with B2B sales targeting medium-sized and larger companies. 
•  Experience actively seeking out new business opportunities. 
•  Experience in sales within the IT sector or a very good understanding of IT services. 
•  Results-oriented mindset and the ability to achieve sales targets. 
•  Ability to identify client needs and translate them into specific business opportunities. 
•  Experience conducting business negotiations. 
•  Professional communication and a polished demeanor. 
•  Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. 
•  Fluency in English. 
•  Location in Žilina or Bratislava, or a willingness to work regularly in one of these locations. 

The following are a plus:

•  Experience with outsourcing, staff augmentation, or the delivery of IT services. 
•  Contacts and experience in sectors such as banking, insurance, automotive, e-commerce, or retail. 
•  An existing network of contacts in the B2B or IT environment. 
•  Technical education or familiarity with software technologies.&
•  Experience in selling dedicated teams, development capacity, or IT projects.
