Hi,
We are Nika and Zuzka from Coderama and we are looking for an experienced Release Manager
to join our team.
If you have experience in managing complex IT projects and you enjoy coordinating multiple teams so that the result works as one integrated whole, read on.
What do you expect during the day?
- Coordinating releases and deployments across a large eHealth project
- Scheduling and synchronizing work across 4 vendors and multiple teams
- Managing releases in 6 different environments (DEV, TEST, STAGE, UAT, PROD...)
- Ensuring that the project does not work in modules, but as one integrated whole
- Making sure that the integration status is tracked and coordinating the delivery of 22 modules
- Release calendar planning, reporting and risk management of releases
What do we expect from you?
- Practice as a release manager, Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager
- Experience managing complex IT projects with multiple vendors and integration components
- Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical roles and create a holistic view of delivery
- Familiarity with DEV/TEST/STAGE/UAT/PROD environments and the releases process
- Understanding of the technical context (deployment, CI/CD, integration testing, REST APIs, versioning, rollback scenarios...)
- Experience in eHealth, public administration or regulated environments is an advantage
