Hello!
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager for a long-term project on a freelance basis. The scope of the collaboration includes providing expert support in planning, coordinating, and managing testing activities as part of complex digital solutions implemented in an agile environment.
What can you expect during the day?
- Designing test strategies and test plans,
- coordinating integration, system, end-to-end, regression, and acceptance testing,
- preparing and continuously evaluating test scenarios and test results,
- Coordinating testing activities among project stakeholders,
- Identifying risks, proposing recommendations, and supporting quality assurance for delivered solutions,
- collaborating on release planning and production deployments.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing,
- experience managing the testing of complex IT solutions,
- knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe a plus),
- experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, HP Quality Center, or equivalent),
- experience with developing test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios,
- ISTQB certification,
- analytical thinking, an independent approach, and excellent communication skills.
The following are a plus:
- experience with test automation,
- experience with projects in the field of digital services or financial systems,
- knowledge of cloud technologies.
