Job description, responsibilities and duties

Hi,

We are Nika and Zuzka from CODERAMA and we are looking for a smart LinkedIN Sourcer (f/m) to join our internal team in Zilina or Bratislava.

What do you expect during the day?

1. Active candidate sourcing, primarily on the LinkedIN platform.
2. Working with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.
3. 
   
4. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates.
5. Liaising closely with colleagues in HR, Sales and Accounting.

What do we expect from you?

1. 
   
2. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
3. 
   
4. Network of contacts in the IT field.
5. 
   
6. Experience min. 2 years as a Talent Sourcer.
7. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search.
8. Communication in English at min. B2 level.
9. Willingness to work from an office in Bratislava or Žilina.
10. Willingness to work min. 3 days per week, possibility to work fulltime.
