- part of the WMS team which integrates new carriers and new transport options

- creates and maintains the product backlog
- prioritizes and sequences the backlog according to business value
- assists with the elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint
- communicates status externally
Development of Air shipping delivery
- Analyze the documentation for implementing EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
- Prepare warehouse processes to ensure shipments comply with IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulations.
- Prepare paper documentation required by IATA for dangerous goods shipments.
- Develop procedures for IATA specialists to physically inspect shipments.
- Organize cross-team cooperation due to the absence of a Project Manager (PM).
- Manage the full development cycle until the production launch.
UK Brexit
- Analyze changes requested by official authorities.
- Implement the customs declaration process.
- Analyze requirements for EDI integration with UK customs brokers.
- All functionality delivered before the deadline.
Customs declarations
- prepare the new service which will create all documents requested for customs clearance
- define the scope all features and proposal of timeline of delivery
- solution divided into 2 main topics - Export and Import
- prepare migration process of Export functionality into the new service
- organized cross team cooperation as multiple tam had to adjust their part
- full automation of the process without need of intervention from operations
- collect all requirements for Import functionality
- identify all changes in solution developed for Export and recycle it for Import
- identify custom changes for specific scenarios
- help with testing and fine tuning of the processes
